Karl Lintner

Karl Josef Ludwig Lintner (born October 3, 1855 in Kaufbeuren ; † April 9, 1926 ) was a German brewing scientist and professor of fermentation chemistry at the TH Munich in Weihenstephan .

His father Carl Lintner had founded the scientific station for breweries in Munich .

Lintner studied in Munich and Erlangen. During his studies he became a member of the AGV Munich in the special houses association . He became professor of applied chemistry at the TH Munich and was rector there from 1915 to 1917. From 1892 to 1914 he was part-time director o. G. Station.
