Katharina Zapatka

Katharina Zapatka (born July 13, 1970 in Freiburg im Breisgau ) is a German actress .

Life

After graduating from high school in Frankfurt am Main in 1989, she completed an apprenticeship at the Hanover University of Music and Drama from 1989 to 1993 . She has been speaking radio plays and audio books since 1989. After completing her training, she had her first engagement at the Theater Basel , after which she played at the Maxim-Gorki-Theater Berlin, in Hamburg am Kampnagel, at the Art Theater in Karlsruhe and at the Theater in der Josefstadt in Vienna. In 2016 she co-wrote her own piece, Schlaflos, in Berlin at the Renaissance Theater Berlin. There she also works as an actress. Katharina Zapatka lives with her family in Berlin.

Her parents are the actors Manfred Zapatka and Regine Vergeen .
