Keith Rowley (born February 15, 1919 , † 1982 in Sale ) was an Australian cyclist .
Keith Rowley was the 1950 Australian road racing champion. Two years later, he won the first edition of the Herald Sun Tour , ahead of his brother Max , who was third in the 1950 championship. The brothers were considered the dominant Australian racing drivers on track and road in the late 1940s and early 1950s .
Rowley was a shepherd by trade and came from Maffra .
