Kirill Troussov
Kirill Troussov (originally Russian Кирилл Александрович Трусов , transcribed Kirill Alexandrowitsch Trussow ; born March 7, 1982 in Leningrad ) is a German violinist and violin teacher who lives in Munich .
Career
Kirill Troussov began playing the violin at the age of four and was initially taught by Irina Etigon at the St. Petersburg Conservatory . In 1990 he and his family moved to Germany, where he continued his studies at the Musikhochschule Lübeck and Hochschule für Musik und Tanz Köln with the violin teacher Zakhar Bron until 2005. He completed his Master of Arts (concert exam / master class) at the University of Music and Theater in Munich with Christoph Poppen . His mentors included Igor Oistrach and Yehudi Menuhin .
Life
In 1990 he made his debut with the Russian National Orchestra under the direction of Arnold Katz in Moscow. This was followed by appearances with the Staatskapelle Berlin , the Gewandhausorchester Leipzig , the Orchester de Paris , the Orchester National de France , the Orchester de Montpellier, SWR Symphony Orchestra Baden-Baden and Freiburg , the Munich Philharmonic and Bamberg Symphony, as well as the Russian National Orchestra and Orchestra del Maggio Musicale Fiorentino under the direction of Neville Marriner , Daniele Gatti , Lawrence Foster , Jiří Bělohlávek , Christoph Poppen , Vladimir Spivakov , Mikko Franck and Louis Langrée. In 2009 he stepped in for Gidon Kremer at the Théâtre des Champs-Élysées in Paris and played with the Orchester National de France under the direction of Daniele Gatti Béla Bartók's Violin Concerto No. 1 and Rudi Stephan “Music for Violin and Orchestra”, broadcast live by Radio France .
As a soloist, chamber musician and lecturer, Troussov is a guest at the Verbier Festival , Menuhin Festival Gstaad, Schleswig-Holstein Music Festival , the Ludwigsburg Castle Festival and the Kronberg Academy . He has given concerts in the Philharmonie and Konzerthaus Berlin , Concertgebouw Amsterdam, Palais des Beaux Arts Brussels , Théâtre du Châtelet , Théâtre des Champs-Elysées , Auditorium du Louvre, De Doelen Rotterdam and the Auditorio Nacional de Música de Madrid.
From 2011–2014 he was assistant to Professor Christoph Poppen's violin class at the University of Music and Theater in Munich . He gives master classes for violin and chamber music at home and abroad, including projects at the Kronberg Academy in Frankfurt am Main . In addition to his solo and educational career, Kirill Troussov is also a chamber musician . A chamber music collaboration connects him with Yuri Bashmet , Gautier Capuçon , Julia Fischer , Sol Gabetta , Natalia Gutman , Frans Helmerson , Daniel Hope , Mischa Maisky , Julian Rachlin , Heinrich Schiff , Dmitri Sitkovetsky , Yuja Wang and Christian Zacharias .
From 2014-2016 he was a member of the jury at the International Schoenfeld String Competition in China .

- 1997-2006 Antonio Stradivari "Le Renyier" from 1727, provided by the luxury goods company LVMH (Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy)
- Troussov has played an Antonio Stradivari violin " The Brodsky " 1702 since 2006 , with which Adolph Brodsky premiered Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky's violin concerto on December 4, 1881 . The violin is on private loan.
