The Kreissparkasse Kaiserslautern is a Rhineland-Palatinate Savings Bank , based in Kaiserslautern . It is an institution under public law and was created on January 1, 2006 from the merger of the Stadtsparkasse Landstuhl with the Kreissparkasse Kaiserslautern. The oldest forerunner is the Districtsparkasse Otterberg, founded on October 6th, 1874 .
