Krila Oluje ( Croatian : wing of the storm ) is the official name of an aerobatic team of the Croatian Air Force . The majority of the pilots are Air Force flight instructors.

The main objective of the team is to demonstrate the efficiency, discipline and teamwork of the Air Force at home and abroad.

history

The Krila Oluje team made its first public appearance on August 5, 2005 in Knin on the occasion of the anniversary celebrations of the Oluja military operation . The first unofficial appearance took place on June 23, 2004 as part of the European sailing championships in Zadar .

Location

The Krila-Oluje-Team is part of the pilot unit 93 z. B. stationed at Zadar Airport in Zemunik Donji near Zadar . Therefore, the team often trains around Zadar.
