Għasri [ ˈɐːsrɪ ] (or L-Għasri ) is a village in the western part of the island of Gozo in the Republic of Malta . Of all the independent municipalities of Gozo, it has the lowest number of inhabitants (424 inhabitants; as of December 31, 2018). This makes it the second smallest Maltese community after Mdina .
Above Għasri is the Giordan Lighthouse , which can be seen from afar . The place is known for the production of honey.
