Lake Wenatchee State Park covers 198 acres. Lake Wenatchee is a glacial and meltwater-fed lake located in Wenatchee National Park on the eastern slopes of the Cascade Range in Washington state. The park is divided into the north and south parks by the Wenatchee River .
The park offers camping and a variety of water activities such as fishing, water skiing, kayaking, windsurfing, swimming and motor boating. There are also routes for climbers, mountain bikers and riders, and in the winter months also for cross-country skiers , dog sleds , snowmobiles and ice climbing . There is even an unpaved airstrip for small planes nearby.
