The State Horticultural Show Würzburg 2018 was a Bavarian state horticultural show that took place from April 12 to October 7, 2018 under the motto "Where ideas grow" in the Lower Franconian city of Würzburg .
An extraordinary park was created on a plateau in the Hubland district at eye level with the Marienberg Fortress . In addition to theme gardens, trends relating to nature and garden art, urban gardening and mobility as well as play and adventure areas, a journey through time was designed for visitors to the garden show : The exhibition leads through an area that was once a potato field , then a gallows hill , a runway for flight pioneers and finally US armed forces was.
