State government Lechner III

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The provincial government Lechner III forms the Salzburg provincial government in the 6th legislative period under governor Hans Lechner from the election of the provincial government on May 14, 1969 to the election of the successor government Lechner IV on May 22, 1974.

After the state elections in 1969 , the balance of power within the state government had not changed. The Austrian People's Party (ÖVP) continued to provide the governor, the second deputy governor and a provincial councilor, while the Socialist Party of Austria (SPÖ) sent two provincial councilors to the government in addition to the first deputy governor. The Freedom Party of Austria (FPÖ) was also able to hold its regional council. There were two changes in personnel compared to the previous government, Lechner II . Instead of the SPÖ regional councilors Josef Kaut and Josef Weisskind , Herbert Moritz and Hans Pexa now belonged to the state government. During the government period, the 2nd Deputy Governor Michael Haslinger (ÖVP) left the government on July 11, 1973. For him moved Wilfried Haslauer by the government.
