The constituency of Neunkirchen (constituency 14) is a constituency in Lower Austria that includes the political district of Neunkirchen . In the state elections in 2008 , the Austrian People's Party (ÖVP) emerged as the strongest party with 52.00%. Of the three basic mandates to be awarded, the ÖVP and the Social Democratic Party of Austria (SPÖ) each achieved one basic mandate.
history
Lower Austria was divided into four electoral districts until 1992, with the Neunkirchen district belonging to the district of the district under the Vienna Woods . With the state election order of 1992, the number of constituencies was increased to 21 and the Neunkirchen district was raised to its own constituency. After the creation of the constituency in 1993, the SPÖ achieved a majority in the constituency, and since the state election in 1998 it has had a majority in the constituency. Of the three mandates to be awarded, the ÖVP and SPÖ each achieved a basic mandate in each election.
