Lin Huijun ( Chinese  林慧君 ; born February 1, 1993 in Xianyou ) is a Chinese sprinter .

Athletic career

Lin Huijun first appeared internationally at the 2009 World Youth Championships in Bressanone . There she retired over 100 and 200 meters in the first lap. In 2012 she won the gold medal over 200 meters and silver over 100 meters at the Junior Asian Championships in Colombo . In 2013 she retired from the Asian Championships in Pune, the gold medal with the Chinese 4 x 100 meter relay and retired over 200 meters in the semifinals. At the East Asian Games in Tianjin , she also won the gold medal with the Chinese relay. In 2014 she finished fifth over 60 meters at the Asian Indoor Championships in Hangzhou . At the IAAF World Relays 2014 in the Bahamas , she was eliminated with the relay in the run-up. At the Asian Games in Incheon , South Korea , she won the gold medal with the relay and finished fourth over 200 meters. In 2015, she retired from the preliminary round with the 4 x 100 meter relay at the IAAF World Relays 2015 and took fourth place with the 4 x 200 meter relay. At the Asian Championships in Wuhan , she won again with the relay and finished fourth over 200 meters. At the Summer Universiade in Gwangju , she was eliminated in the semi-finals over 200 meters and took sixth place with the Chinese relay. At the World Championships in Beijing , she was eliminated with the 4 x 100 meter relay in the preliminary run .

In 2016 she reached the semi-finals at the Asian Indoor Championships in Doha over 60 meters. At the Asian Championships in Bhubaneswar , she was eighth in the final over 200 meters and won the silver medal with the Chinese 4 x 100 meter relay.

So far, she has once become a Chinese 200 meter champion.
