List of mosques in Albania
The following list provides an overview of important mosques in Albania . Two types are distinguished: mosques from the Ottoman period and mosques from the post-Ottoman period. Many of these mosques are cultural monuments .

Post-Ottoman mosques
In Albania, many new mosques were built after 1992 and demolished mosques were rebuilt. Today there are innumerable small village mosques and simple facilities. The following list contains the largest and most important rebuilt mosques and new buildings. While traditionally Albanian mosques have a Turkish style , most mosques today are Arabic in character.
