List of book series on ancient Greek and Latin literature
This list of book series on ancient Greek and Latin literature captures book series that are programmatically devoted to ancient Greek and Latin literature. If the title of the series does not expressly provide otherwise, these series of books, in accordance with the program of Classical Philology , encompass all of ancient literature, that is, both Latin and ancient Greek literature (rarely in separate sub-series, mostly mixed).
Text-critical editions
The aim of these series is to offer a scientifically as well as possible secured text as well as a thorough insight into the handwritten tradition of the ancient Greek and Latin writers in praefatio and apparatus, and basically contain no commentary or translation.
