The flag of the Rhein-Kreis Neuss was approved on December 12, 1952 by the district president in Düsseldorf . The main statute of the circle describes the flag and banner as follows: “The circular coat of arms on a white background, the two long sides of which are bordered by narrow black stripes. The colors of the circle are black and white. " The Rhein-Kreis Neuss has the following coat of arms : "In the split shield in front a black cross in silver, behind a black, red-tongued lion in gold."
