List of lakes in Germany
This list of lakes in Germany gives an overview of lakes and reservoirs in Germany . The ten still waters with the largest area (from approx. 30 km²) and with the greatest depth (from approx. 70 m) are shown separately in separate tables. The largest and deepest lake on German territory is Lake Constance , although parts of it are in Austria and Switzerland . The largest completely German lake is the Müritz in the Mecklenburg Lake District .
