Loïc Damour (born January 8, 1991 in Chantilly ) is a French football player who is under contract with Heart of Midlothian .
Career
society
Loïc Damour started his career at AS Breuil-le-Vert in 1998 , but joined RC Clermont that same year . After playing for US Chantilly from his hometown between 2000 and 2004 , he came to INF Clairefontaine , where players such as Hatem Ben Arfa and Issiar Dia were trained. In 2007 he moved to the youth department of Racing Strasbourg and played alternately in the second team. In April 2008 he signed his first professional contract, which was dated until June 2011. After he was active for a season with the B-team, he came into the professional squad and got the jersey number 26. On August 4, 2008 he made his professional debut in a Ligue 2 game against HSC Montpellier , where he played as a substitute in the game came. On October 26, 2009, he extended an existing contract until 2013.
In August 2019, he moved to the Scottish first division club Heart of Midlothian .
National team
Damour went through every youth national team in France, starting with the U-16. He was the captain of the U-16s and took part with the U-17s in the U-17 European Football Championship in 2008 . He currently plays for the French U-20 national team, where he has played two games so far.
