Mabini is a municipality in the Philippine province of Pangasinan . The terrain of the place is very flat in the north and hilly in the south. In Mabini there are several caves in which thousands of bats live.

Mabini, which was once called Conventa, was founded around 1800 on the northern plain. In 1832 it was almost destroyed by a flood.

The neighboring communities are Infanta in the south, Dasol and Burgos in the west, Agno and Bani in the north, Sual and Labrador in the east.
