San Quintin is a municipality in the Philippines in the Pangasinan Province and borders the Nueva Ecija Province to the east . In 2015, 32,945 people lived in the 116.5 km² area, resulting in a population density of 283 inhabitants per km². The community lies on a plain next to the Cordilleras, which are up to 1000 meters high . San Quintin became a parish in 1864 and was previously part of Umingan .
