Marc Vann

Marc Vann (born August 23, 1954 in Norfolk , Virginia ) is an American actor who gained notoriety in German-speaking countries primarily through his role in the US hit series CSI: On the trail of the perpetrators , in which he made the former Day shift manager Conrad Ecklie mimes, who is promoted to deputy director of the CSI in the further course of the series.

Life

Marc Vann, who grew up in Virginia, initially showed little interest in (theater) acting, but found acting through an acting workshop that he attended during his studies ( MBA ). He decided to change his studies and then studied " dance and movement ". For his first appearance, Vann came in a diner theater in Boulder , Colorado , where he starred in the play " West Side Story ". Around the same time he married an actress named Maria and moved with her to Chicago , where he appeared regularly in local and regional theater productions.
