The Mars superliga 1995/96 was the third season of the top Slovak division in men's football. Champion became defending champion Slovan Bratislava . The team secured the championship ten points ahead of 1. FC Košice.

The season started with twelve teams. First there was a preliminary round with a return leg, then the best six teams played the champions and the last six played in the relegation round. The league was increased to 16 clubs for the following season.
