The Mars superliga 1993/94 was the first season of the top Slovak division in men's football since the separation from Czechoslovakia . Slovan Bratislava won the championship and cup double .

The season started with twelve teams. First there was a preliminary round with a return leg, then the best six teams played the champions and the last six played in the relegation round.
