The Mars superliga 1994/95 was the second season of the Slovak top division in men's football. As in the previous year, Slovan Bratislava became champion . The team secured the championship with fourteen points ahead of 1. FC Košice.

The season started with twelve teams. First there was a preliminary round with a return leg, then the best six teams played the champions and the last six played in the relegation round.
