Mateusz Grzesiak

Mateusz Grzesiak (born April 3, 1980 in Białystok ) is a Polish economist , university lecturer, psychologist, mental coach, consultant, author of books on management, marketing, success, change and relationship psychology, emotional intelligence ; Author of Mixed Mental Arts, a comprehensive soft skills model. He made a significant contribution to the development and expansion of the mental coaching market in Poland.

education

Mateusz Grzesiak is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administrative Sciences of the University of Warsaw (2004) and the Faculty of Psychology of the SWPS (School of Social Psychology) in Warsaw (2008). He also received a scholarship from the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn (2002–2003). He holds a doctorate in economics in management science (2017).

Entrepreneurial activity

Mateusz Grzesiak started his entrepreneurial activity in 2005. Since 2013 he has been the managing director of Starway, a company that offers training courses.

He leads individually tailored training courses in Poland and abroad: in North America (in Ecuador , Mexico and Colombia in Spanish, in Brazil in Portuguese) and in Europe (in Germany in German, in Great Britain , Ireland , Switzerland , Slovenia and Israel in English , in Ukraine in Russian). He appears as a speaker at international management congresses (including in the USA ). In 2018 he was a member of the jury of the Best Employer Business Inspirators competition.

He leads training courses and helps with the implementation of projects on the subject of sales strategies, leadership and management in companies in the automotive, fuel, FMCG, energy, cosmetics, banking, insurance and IT sectors, etc. a. Audi , Arbonne, Google , Coca-Cola , Volkswagen Bank, Aviva , Porsche , Atlas, Noble Bank, Danone , LOTOS , Sysmex, Credit Agricole Bank , Roche, BNP Paribas, ING , Orlen , Aviva, Burda Publishing, Press Glass and Infosys . He has been an ambassador for the HTC campaign since 2018 .

Social and charitable activities

Grzesiak actively participates in social and charity campaigns and is committed to promoting entrepreneurship among women. He is part of organizations such as WOŚP, Mam Marzenie Foundation, Między Niebem a Ziemią Foundation and Global Woman Summit. He also actively supports the Polish community in England, Ireland, Germany and the USA. He is the ambassador of the nationwide campaign Odblaskowi.pl, which aims to promote the wearing of reflective elements that improve the visibility of pedestrians and cyclists and thus significantly increase their safety, and the campaign # 17 million, which is organized by the Children's Aid Foundation " Colorful World ”, which campaigns with professional help for children who are affected by infantile cerebral palsy. He is considered a promoter of the culture of openness. For years he has been committed to introducing soft education in schools and promoting the concept of lifelong learning.

Scientific activity

Mateusz Grzesiak did his doctorate at the University of Economics in Warsaw , the topic of his doctoral thesis was "Kształtowanie marki osobistej z wykorzystaniem serwisu You Tube na przykładzie Polski i USA" (personal branding using YouTube based on examples from Poland and the USA). He is the author of scientific articles and regularly participates in scientific conferences in Poland and abroad (including Italy and UAE ). He has u. a. lectured at Warsaw University of Economics, Business School in Dąbrowa Górnicza , University of Szczecin , University of Entrepreneurship and Administration in Lublin, Katowice University of Economics and Oxford University . Since 2017 he has been a research assistant at the Chair of Management and a member of the Senate at the Business School in Dąbrowa Górnicza. He is an active member of several scientific committees, u. a. in the Scientific Advisory Board of the Conference on the Professionalization of Creativity at the Humanistic-Economic Academy in Lodz and in the Expert Council of the Business University in Dąbrowa Górnicza as well as a member of the Polish Society for Economy ( Polskie Towarzystwo Ekonomiczne ), the Polish Scientific Society for Marketing ( Polskie Naukowe Towarzystwo Marketingu ), the Scientific Organization and Management Association ( Towarzystwo Naukowe Organizacji i Kierownictwa ), and the American Marketing Association . He is also actively involved in international research projects - in 2018, together with scientists from Poland, Italy, France and Germany, he took part in the European Union- funded e-commerce program and Erasmus ++, the aim of which was to develop new professional roles in the e- Identify marketing and e-commerce and provide appropriate training in this area. He is invited to be a member of program committees of scientific conferences, e.g. B. the international conference organized by the Katowice University of Economics and Business with the title "The European Union in the field of science", "Business in culture - culture in business" as well as organizing committees, including the Socialia 2018 conference on social and educational problems in Europe today. He has been a member of the International Society of Schema Therapy since 2018.

He is the author of articles for Forbes Brasil, Administradores, Warsaw Business Journal and NaTemat as well as a columnist for Wprost weekly and Elleman magazine. He is an expert on TV and radio broadcasts in Poland and abroad. In the media he is considered the most popular psychologist and trainer in Poland.
