The 8th Inter-Cities Fairs Cup was in the season 1965 / 66 played. The FC Barcelona won the discharged in-and-away final against Real Zaragoza . It was the third win for Barcelona in this competition and the sixth for Spanish teams. In the event of a draw on the two legs, a decision was made by overtime, a playoff and / or a coin toss .

The top scorer was José Antonio Zaldúa from FC Barcelona with eight goals.
