The NFA Cup 2011 of the Namibian club soccer teams took place from February 2nd to May 28th 2011. It is organized by the Namibia Football Association . Cup winner 2011 was Eleven Arrows from Walvis Bay .
As with the NFA Cup 2010, the main sponsor and namesake is the Namibian mobile operator leo . The cup is held under the name Leo-NFA-Cup . As in the previous year, the prize money is set at N $ 600,000 for the winner, N $ 250,000 for the runner-up and N $ 100,000 for the loser in the semi-finals. The top scorer will receive N $ 25,000.
Game mode
The final round of the cup will be played in tournament mode on a few weekends in central stadiums. There are 32 teams in the knockout system in the final round . Before that, the participating clubs in the second division (probably in Windhoek and Otjiwarongo ) and third divisions (each in the regions) must qualify in elimination tournaments.

The individual rounds should be held on the following dates:
- Qualifications: late December 2010
- 1/16 finals: February 5 - February 6, 2011
- Round of 16: February 23 - February 27, 2011
- Quarter-finals: April 9 - April 10, 2011
- Semi-finals: May 7, 2011
- Final: May 28, 2011
Participating teams
The twelve teams of the Namibia Premier League 2010/11 and the two relegated teams from the 2009/2010 season are automatically qualified for the finals.
There are also three teams from the “Northern Stream” and two from the “Southern Stream” of the Namibia First Division (2nd division) as well as one team each from the 13 regional 3rd leagues ( Second Division ). These qualified in qualifying games between December 1st and 5th, 2010.
