NGC 2776 is a barred spiral galaxy of the Hubble type SBc in the constellation Lynx in the northern sky . It is estimated to be 118 million light years from the Milky Way and about 100,000 light years in diameter.

The object was discovered on March 19, 1828 by the astronomer John Herschel .
