Music video
background
The official music video was uploaded to Vevo and Minaj's Youtube channel on April 19, 2017 . Directed by Benny Boom.
The video was shot in Paris and London and shows some sights such as Big Ben , the London Eye or Westminster Bridge .
reception
The music video met with criticism from fans and the British press in places because some scenes were filmed on Westminster Bridge in London, which was the scene of a terrorist attack a day later. The British daily The Sun reported, according to an unnamed insider, that the scenes on the London bridge would be cut from the video. It said: "When everyone involved in the project heard the news [about the terrorist attack] they were dejected and thought it was tasteless to leave it on the video. The other London scenes will remain, but it is very doubtful. whether the footage on the bridge will make it into the final product. " In the end, however, the video remained unchanged.
