The OFC Champions League 2012/13 was the 12th edition of an oceanic championship competition for club football teams and took place from May 1, 2012 to May 19, 2013. This season brought a change of mode and an expansion of the field of participants. As in the 2007/08 season , the actual group stage with eight clubs from the seven best-playing countries (Fiji, New Zealand, New Caledonia, Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands, Tahiti and Vanuatu) is a qualifying round in which the champions from American Samoa, the Cook Islands, Samoa and Tonga take part, upstream. These four teams played each against each other in a simple league round, with the group winners then playing in a playoff against the champions of the worst-placed country from the CL group stage of the previous year (in this case: New Caledonia). Its winner, in turn, completes the field of participants for the group stage. There, the participants for the first-time semi-finals will be played in two groups with a return leg, for which the group winners and runners-up qualify.

The OFC Champions League winner qualified for the 2013 FIFA Club World Cup in Morocco .
