The actual group stage with eleven clubs from the seven strongest countries (two each from Fiji , New Zealand , Tahiti and Vanuatu , and one each from New Caledonia , Papua New Guinea and the Solomon Islands ) was a qualifying round with the champions from American Samoa , the Cook Islands , Samoa and Tonga upstream. These four teams played the twelfth participant in the group stage in a round-robin tournament everyone against everyone. Here the Samoan club Lupe ole Soaga was able to conquer first place.
In the group stage, twelve teams in three groups of four played the semi-finals, for which the three group winners and the best runner-up were qualified. The group stage took place in the form of a tournament in Fiji in April 2015.
The OFC Champions League winner qualified for the 2015 FIFA Club World Cup . Both finalists also qualified for the OFC President's Cup 2015, in which two clubs from Asia and two other teams participated.
