Oskar Plichta
Oskar V. Plichta (born November 5, 1934 in Windhoek , South West Africa ) is a former Namibian politician of SWAPO .
He was Cabinet Nujoma II from 1995 to 2000 Minister for Public Works and Transport . At the same time he was a member of the National Assembly . Plichta was director of the Aircraft Accident Investigation Board in the Ministry of Transport in the 2010s .
Plichta holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Stellenbosch University in South Africa in 1964 and a Bachelor of Engineering from the same university in 1957.
