Patrick Schorr (born October 13, 1994 in Frankfurt am Main ) is a German soccer player .
Career
societies
He started playing football at 1. FC 06 Weißkirchen at the age of six and then played for nine years in the youth department of Eintracht Frankfurt . With this he became German B youth champion in 2009. In summer 2011, with the help of his advisor Alen Augustincic, he moved to TSG Hoffenheim's A-youth team and became a regular player there.
On April 27, 2013 he had his first Bundesliga appearance. In the game against 1. FC Nürnberg he was substituted on for Stefan Thesker in the 67th minute . At the beginning of January 2015, Schorr extended his contract with TSG until June 30, 2017 and switched to the 2nd Bundesliga for FSV Frankfurt on loan until June 30, 2015 .
Before the 2015/16 season he moved to the U23 of 1. FSV Mainz 05 . After Schorr was relegated with the U23 of Mainz from the 3rd division, he moved to VfR Aalen . He received a two-year contract, which was no longer extended after the descent of the VfR.
Instead, the defender moved to FC Carl Zeiss Jena in spring 2019 , with whom he received a contract valid until June 2021. At Carl Zeiss, he did not get beyond the role of supplementary player. After Jena's relegation from the third division at the end of the 2019/20 season , he was signed by the Hessen division Turk Gücü Friedberg for the 2020/21 season .
National team
In October 2011, national coach Christian Ziege appointed him for the first time in the German U18 national team , for which he played a total of three games. On September 6, 2013 Schorr played for the U20 national team for the first time . In the 2-0 win against Poland in Pfullendorf , as part of an "international game round" (with Italy, Poland and Switzerland), he was substituted for Jannik Bandowski , another U20 debutant, in the second half.
