Paula Lambert (born April 26, 1974 in Munich ; actually Susanne Frömel ) is a German journalist , columnist and television presenter .

Life

Frömel was born in Munich in 1974 and grew up in Bonn . Between 1993 and 1994 she attended the Musicians Institute in Los Angeles . In 1994 she moved to Berlin , where she learned the journalistic trade from 1996 to 1998 at the Axel Springer Academy . In 1999 she achieved second place in the Axel Springer Prize with the report “Free and lost at the same time - A day in the life of Berlin street children ” . The report appeared in the newspaper Die Welt , where Frömel worked as an editor between 1998 and 2000. From 2000 Frömel worked as a freelance journalist for Geo , Die Zeit , mare and Das Magazin, among others .

Since 2005 Frömel has been writing columns on the subject of sexuality for the men's magazine GQ under the name “Paula Lambert” . In 2010 her non-fiction book No Panic, I Just Want Sex: In Search of the Man for Every Situation , followed in 2012 by the novel A woman with a penetration background .

From July 2012 she was on the air with the six-part series Im Bett mit Paula on ZDFkultur . In the same month, the documentary Under Strangers Covers - In Search of the Best Sex in the World with Lambert and Thilo Mischke was broadcast on ProSieben . In July 2013 Lambert was a guest on the sex talk show Hot & Fettig! , in which Thilo Mischke acted as moderator.

Since November 8, 2013, Paula Lambert's moderated program Paula comes - Sex and good nude stories has been broadcast on Sixx . In January 2020, she was one of the coaches in the Sat.1 show No Body is perfect - Das Nacktexperiment . Since May 2020 she has been moderating the program Tagesfrau on Sixx .
