Pieter Joseph August Marie van der Does de Willebois
Pieter Joseph August Marie (Joseph) van der Does de Willebois (born February 17, 1816 in 's-Hertogenbosch , † September 15, 1892 in The Hague ) was a Dutch politician and foreign minister .
The Catholic jurist was first a public prosecutor, then a royal commissioner in the province of Limburg, and finally his country's foreign minister from 1874 to 1877 and 1883 to 1885. In 1885 he was awarded the honorary title of Minister of State . He was friends with King Wilhelm III. who raised him to the nobility.
