Piobbico (in the local dialect Piòbik ) is an Italian commune ( comune ) with 1878 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in the province of Pesaro and Urbino in the Marches . The municipality is located about 48 kilometers southwest of Pesaro and about 18 kilometers southwest of Urbino . Piobbico belongs to the Comunità montana del Catria e Nerone . The Monte Nerone (1526 meters) is partly in the municipality. The community is largely located in the Parco Nazionale del Catria, Nerone e Alpe della Luna . Here the Biscubio flows into the Candigliano .
