Rapier is a former British manufacturer of automobiles .

Company history

The company Rapier Cars Limited began in 1935 in Hammersmith with the production of automobiles. In 1939 production was stopped.

The only model was the Rapier Sports . It was the successor to the Lagonda Rapier that Lagonda produced from 1934. It was a four-cylinder - DOHC engine with 1104 cc capacity equipped, the 46 hp made.

A vehicle of this brand can occasionally be seen in the Melle Automobile Museum in Melle .
