The Lloyd Cars Ltd. was a British company from Grimsby (Lincolnshire) . Automobiles were built there between 1936 and 1939 and between 1946 and 1950. It was active in the mechanical engineering sector until 1983.

The 350 was the pre-war model. A single cylinder - two-stroke engine of Villiers Engineering with 347 cc engine capacity drove the vehicle. Production reportedly reached 250 vehicles.
