RS is a British car brand.

Brand history

1998 Paul Horner founded the company RS Automotive in Shoeburyness in the county of Essex . He started producing automobiles and kits . The brand name was RS . Haulier Gary Campbell supported him from 1999. 2004 the production ended initially. Bill Watson founded RS Motorsport in Manston , Kent , in 2009 and has continued production ever since.

vehicles

The only model Evo 200 is the successor to the Mercury Evolution 200 from Mercury Motorsport & Engineering Company , previously Kara 430 from Kara Sports Cars . The vehicle is inspired by the Ford RS 200 . The basis is a spaceframe. The suspension, steering and brakes come from the Ford Sierra . Various engines from Ford and Renault drive the vehicles.

A total of about 115 copies have been made by the four manufacturers so far.
