Alan Langridge Engineering was a British manufacturer of automobiles .

Company history

Alan Langridge founded the company in 1984 Chichester in the county of West Sussex . He started producing automobiles and kits . The brand name was Navajo . Production ended in 1986. A total of about 20 copies were made.

Only one model was on offer. It was a mini moke- style recreational vehicle . A Zintec monocoque formed the basis, supplemented by a front subframe from the Austin or Morris 1100 or 1300 . The hood was made of fiberglass . A four-cylinder engine from the Austin or Morris 1100 or 1300 powered the vehicle. A kit cost 995 pounds , including VAT .
