Centrepoint Racing was a British manufacturer of automobiles .

Company history

In 1989, the designer Tony Claydon founded the company in Billericay in the county of Essex . He started producing automobiles and kits . The brand name was Tara . Production ended in 1990. A total of about three copies were made.

The only model was the V8 . The basis was a chassis that was supplied by Southern Roadcraft . A coupé body designed by Claydon was mounted on top. The pop-up headlights were striking .
