JW Engineering and Motorsport (also shortened to JWE Motorsport ) is a British manufacturer of automobiles .

Company history

2011 Jim Walker founded the company in St Austell in the county of Cornwall . He started producing automobiles and kits . The brand name is Thruxton .

A total of around two vehicles were built in the first year.

The only model is the Thruxton GT 200 . The vehicle is inspired by the Austin Healey 3000 , but not a direct replica . This is a two-seater roadster . The engine comes from BMW from the E 36 and E 46 series . The vehicle weighs only about 600 kg.
