Company history

Allard Eddo Marx, John Henry Vereker Prendergast, Andrew David Borrowman and Lindsey Handley founded Delfino Cars Ltd. on June 3, 1998. These four people were initially the directors. The seat was in East Barnet in the London Borough of Barnet . Between 2000 and 2006, they made automobiles that were marketed as Delfino . Directors Prendergast, Borrowman and Handley resigned on September 6, 2001, April 30, 2002 and June 1, 2008, respectively. On 31 July 2007, the company was renamed in Barnet Shell Ltd . Issues became known on August 18, 2008. On January 27, 2009 the company was dissolved.
