Scorpion (Innes Lee)

Scorpion was a British automobile brand that was only acquired by Innes Lee Motor Co. Ltd. in 1972 . in Telford, Shropshire .

The only model was the K 19 , which was based on the mechanical components of the Hillman Imp . A light coupé body by Tom Killeen was placed over the chassis . Like the Imp, the K 19 also had a four-cylinder engine with OHC valve control and a displacement of 1.0 l built into the rear . He developed 65 bhp (48 kW) at 7000 min −1 . The wheelbase of the 3759 mm long and 1499 mm wide vehicle was 2184 mm.

In the following year, the brand disappeared from the market.
