In 1982 the model 250 LM appeared . The coupe was similar to the Ferrari 250 LM , but was not an exact replica . Initially, the chassis of the VW Beetle formed the basis. The four - cylinder boxer engine from the VW Beetle powered the vehicle. The body offered space for four people.
