JAG Cars was a British automobile manufacturer in Thames Ditton (Surrey) . 1950–1956 sports cars were built there. This company has nothing to do with Jaguar Cars .

In 1950 the JAG V8 was offered. The car was powered by a side-controlled V8 engine with 3.6 l displacement, which was supplied by Ford . The power was 120 bhp (88 kW). However, demand was low, so production was discontinued after only one year.

In 1951 the JAG 10 hp appeared instead , which now had a side-controlled in-line four-cylinder engine, also from Ford, with a displacement of 1.2 l and an output of 36 bhp (26.5 kW) instead of the V8 engine. This model sold a little better, but ultimately could not ensure the survival of the company.

JAG therefore closed its doors in 1956.
