Typhoon Sports Cars was a British manufacturer of automobiles .
Company history
2009 Stuart Elliott founded the company in Wisbech in the county of Cambridgeshire . He started producing automobiles and kits . The brand name was u. a. Typhoon . Production ended in 2012.
vehicles
The only model under its own brand name was the Valdris presented in 2009 . The vehicle was inspired by the KTM X-Bow . The open body offered space for two people. Many parts came from the Ford Mondeo . After an objection from KTM , production ended in 2010. Only one copy was made.
In addition, the company manufactured the Mojo 2 model from 2011 until the liquidation . Sylva Autokits had produced it from 2002 to 2008, then Meggt and finally Typhoon Sports Cars. A total of around 85 vehicles of this model were built by the three manufacturers.
