Claydon Hamilton Automotive Design was a British manufacturer of automobiles .

Company history

The company based in Maldon in the county of Essex began in 1995 with the production of automobiles and kits . The designer was Tony Claydon. The brand name was CHAD . Production ended in 1998. A total of about three copies were made.

vehicles

The only model was the Supersport 4 . A tubular steel frame formed the basis. The body was made of fiberglass . The coupé offered space for four people. Many parts came from the Ford Sierra , the V8 engine from Rover .

The successor was the Cerity R from CH Automotive .
