English Cars of Distinction was a British manufacturer of automobiles .

Company history

The company started producing automobiles and kits in 1980 . The brand name was English Cars of Distinction . Production ended in 1983. A total of about 13 copies were made. The company was active as a restaurant business until at least 1991.

vehicles

The company made replicas of classic automobiles. They were models from Jaguar Cars . The models XK 120 Replica with five copies, XK 140 Replica with two copies, XK 150 Replica with three copies and E-Type Replica with three copies have survived. Models were Jaguar XK 120 , XK 140 , XK 150 and E-Type .
