Minijem was a British car brand.

Company history

The company Jem Developments Limited of London began in 1966 with the production of automobiles , in the form of kit cars . The idea for the vehicle came from Dizzy Addicott-Dart. From 1968 the company traded as Jem Cars and was based in Penn (Buckinghamshire) . From 1971 High Performance Moldings from Cricklade and from 1974 Malcolm Fell from Barrow-in-Furness produced the vehicles.

Production ended in 1976. A total of around 350 vehicles were built.

A separate chassis and body was developed, which was completed together with the engine of the Mini . The body was a station wagon coupé .
