MNR VortX RT +

Marc Nordon Racing was founded on January 18, 2000 by the former British racing driver Marc Nordon as a car rental company for racing drivers who did not want to buy and maintain their own racing car. In 2003 the company manufactured the Vortx RT , a Lotus Seven replica based on a Ford Sierra . This first model was followed by the Vortx RT + and the Vortx RT Super , which combined the rear axle of the Ford Sierra with the front axle of the Ford Cortina .

As a result, the model range was diversified; they now not only produce more Lotus Seven replicas, but also the mid-engined Tytan and Le Mans prototypes.

MNR was one of the ten largest kit car manufacturers in the UK after just 18 months.

On June 26, 2016, the company based in Pateley Bridge in the Borough of Harrogate was dissolved.

MNR Sportscars

MNR Sportscars was founded on January 14th, 2016 as the successor company. The brand name MNR was adopted. The headquarters are in Driffield . The owners are Barbara Mary Owen and Marc Owen Nordon.
